Material issue request from production department

Question

dear all,
hope you all well!
is it possible to create a material issuance request from producton department to warehouse,
in current workflow odoo 11.0 E
upon generation a manufacturing order, if we click on check avaialability, it reserve items which are available in the warehouse, before this process we can generate a material request in inventory app so warehouse personnel can reserve available material.

There is a community module in v10 having similar feature , just go through the index of this module :  https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/10.0/manufacturing_indent/ [1]

Check whether this module get installed in v11 or not.
