AGK is a Greek company specializing in the production, packaging, and distribution of organic fertilizers designed to enhance plant growth, nutrition, and restoration. With over 28 years of experience, AGK serves the modern agricultural sector by offering innovative products tailored to the specific needs of local soil and climate. They are committed to sustainable development and environmental responsibility.

Before implementing Odoo, AGK managed its sales orders through paper records, phone calls, and emails, resulting in inefficiencies and inaccuracies in inventory management. Additionally, their warehouse operations were disorganized, lacking proper labeling and automation, which made order picking and processing time-consuming and prone to errors. Manual data entry created delays, affected productivity, and often led to miscommunication between departments.

Dileanity implemented Odoo to centralize and streamline AGK’s processes. This project included integrating Odoo’s Inventory, Barcode, Sales and CRM modules, automating order entry, inventory tracking, and customer management. We organized AGK’s warehouse with clear signage, including shelf, level, and aisle labels, and implemented barcodes for products, boxes, and pallets. Barcode scanners (PDAs) and barcode printers were also introduced to automate the picking and packing processes. Now, data flows automatically from sales representatives across the country to warehouse operators, enabling seamless communication. As orders are picked and delivered, administrative staff are informed in real-time, transforming AGK’s operations to be fully paperless and eliminating the need for manual documentation to invoice orders.

The Odoo implementation brought immediate improvements for AGK, including:

- Reduction in manual tasks: Achieved a 100% decrease in manual documentation in warehouse, minimizing administrative overhead and errors.
- Enhanced inventory accuracy: Improved stock visibility, reducing discrepancies and enabling better stock control.
- Streamlined order processing: Warehouse automation minimized picking errors, resulting in faster order fulfillment.
- Real-time data transfer: Automatic data flow between sales representatives and warehouse operators ensured seamless communication and responsiveness.

Before implementing Odoo, Alibinisis faced challenges in efficiently managing inventory, sales orders, and warehouse operations across two separate facilities. The warehouses are divided by storage type, with one for deep-freeze storage at -18°C and the other for dry storage. Their existing systems relied heavily on manual processes, leading to delays, frequent errors, and miscommunications. Additionally, managing raw materials and packaging supplies for their manufacturing area was complex, especially given the need to track GS1 barcodes, lot numbers, and expiration dates to comply with food industry standards.

Dileanity implemented Odoo to centralize and streamline Alibinisis’s operations. The project involved setting up Inventory, Barcode, Purchase and Sales modules, ensuring seamless management across both warehouses. We organized the warehouses with clear signage (shelf, level, and aisle labels) and applied barcodes to products, boxes, and pallets to improve tracking accuracy. High-end PDAs capable of operating in temperatures as low as -30°C were introduced to optimize order fulfillment in the cold storage areas. Automated put-away rules and workflows were configured to enhance operational efficiency. Odoo also manages raw materials and packaging supplies, which feed directly into the manufacturing area, and supports GS1 barcodes, lot numbers, and expiration dates. To achieve a fully integrated system, we connected Odoo with their existing ERP system for real-time data transfer, eliminating the need for manual data entry. Additionally, we integrated Odoo with an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) system that operates in their automated warehouse, further optimizing fulfillment processes.

The Odoo implementation provided Alibinisis with substantial improvements, including:

- Complete automation of data flow: Real-time data transfer between Odoo and the ERP system eliminated manual data entry, ensuring data accuracy and reducing administrative burden.
- Improved warehouse organization: Streamlined processes with clearly labeled storage areas and optimized product handling across both cold and dry storage facilities.
- Enhanced inventory accuracy: Comprehensive tracking of GS1 barcodes, lot numbers, and expiration dates improved stock visibility and compliance with food industry standards.
- Efficient order fulfillment: High-end PDAs and AGV integration enabled fast, error-free picking and packing, even in challenging cold storage conditions.

Bobos Club is a Greek event production company specializing in children's entertainment and corporate events, managing a high volume of productions annually that require precise coordination of creative teams, production resources, and equipment across events of varying scale and complexity.

The company operated without any integrated systems across its core functions. There was no CRM to capture and track leads, no structured quoting process, and no way to monitor
project progress or financial outcomes once a project was underway. The creation of each quotation was a manual, time-intensive effort — and once sent, opportunities were frequently lost with no systematic follow-up. Equipment inventory was entirely untracked, making it impossible to know the availability, condition, or location of production assets. The total estimated cost of these inefficiencies exceeded 500 hours of staff time per year.

Neurons Tech implemented Odoo covering CRM, Sales, Purchase, Projects, Expenses, Inventory, and Invoicing modules, building a fully integrated end-to-end system from lead
capture through event delivery to final invoicing. Standard workflows were defined and configured across all key business processes. A dedicated cost centre was established for each event, enabling accurate budget tracking and post-event profitability analysis. The production equipment inventory was fully digitized, with location and condition tracking for all assets. The solution also included integration with a certified Greek e-invoicing provider in full compliance with local tax legislation.

The impact of the Odoo implementation was felt immediately across all departments. Key outcomes include:
• Estimated savings of 500+ hours per year, spanning quotation production, project cost tracking, and equipment management
• Quote production time reduced dramatically — opportunities are now tracked through the full sales cycle with structured follow-up, eliminating lost leads

Candelinas is a Greek retail and e-commerce brand running large-scale Shopify operations across Greece and international markets, with in-house production feeding the catalogue and a warehouse-and-courier surface carrying the outbound flow. Direct-to-consumer commerce at this scale, with manufacturing on one side and a high-volume Shopify storefront on the other, needs every operational layer moving on the same data in real time. 

We delivered an end-to-end Odoo implementation for Candelinas across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, and Website. Manufacturing carries the in-house production cycle through bills of materials, work orders, and routings; Purchase and procurement run the supplier and component side; Inventory carries the warehouse layer with real-time stock position from the picking floor to the storefront; Sales handles the multi-channel commercial surface. Accounting sits on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules for real-time AADE compliance on every transaction. EXN Middleware sits at the integration boundary: bidirectional Shopify-to-Odoo synchronisation via our EXN Shopify connector, with the multiple storefront payment methods Shopify exposes mapped tightly into Odoo's default payment handling so every checkout reconciles inside the ERP; and multi-carrier outbound shipping via our EXN Courier service, with real-time traceability across every supported courier, Cash-on-Delivery handling, and post-delivery consolidation flowing back into Odoo on every parcel; all on a canonical data model. 

The result is one platform across the full retail-and-manufacturing lifecycle, from the supplier order through in-house production to a Shopify checkout and a courier label, with the operational, regulatory, and commercial layers built into a single Odoo instance.

Cenobe is a Greek cybersecurity company providing advanced services including penetration testing, offensive security, and continuous threat exposure management to private and public sector clients. Operating in a technically sophisticated and compliance- sensitive environment, Cenobe serves clients who demand both precision and professionalism at every touchpoint — from initial engagement to contract execution and ongoing service delivery.

Despite its technical sophistication, Cenobe's internal commercial operations were running entirely on Excel spreadsheets. There was no structured pipeline to track leads and
opportunities from first contact through to closed deal, no standardized quotation process, and no way to manage recurring service contracts systematically. Contract signing was handled outside the system, creating friction and delays in onboarding new clients. Additionally, the company had no integrated invoicing workflow connected to its commercial activity, making billing time-consuming and prone to errors. Compliance with Greek myDATA e-invoicing obligations added further complexity to an already fragmented process.

Neurons Tech implemented a full end-to-end commercial lifecycle in Odoo, covering CRM, Quotations, Sales, Invoicing, Subscriptions, and Sign — with native myDATA integration for Greek e-invoicing compliance. The flow was designed to be linear and frictionless: leads enter via CRM, progress to a structured quotation, convert to a sale, trigger a subscription for recurring services, and are finalized with a legally binding digital signature via Odoo Sign — all within a single platform. myDATA integration ensured that every invoice is transmitted automatically to the Greek tax authority (ΑΑΔΕ) without manual intervention.

Cenobe replaced a fully manual, Excel-based commercial operation with a professional, integrated workflow spanning the entire client lifecycle. Key outcomes include:
• Full commercial pipeline digitized — from lead to signed contract — eliminating Excel-based tracking and the errors and delays it introduced
• Recurring cybersecurity service contracts are now managed as Odoo Subscriptions, with automated renewal tracking and billing cycles
• Digital contract signing via Odoo Sign reduced client onboarding time and eliminated the need for offline document handling
• myDATA integration ensures full Greek e-invoicing compliance with automatic transmission to ΑΑΔΕ — zero manual intervention required
• Estimated savings of 30+ hours per month previously spent on manual pipeline tracking, quotation preparation, and invoice reconciliation

Cube Coffee is a fast-growing Greek coffee and food service chain, currently operating few retail stores alongside a privately owned pastry production facility. The group competes in a demanding, quality-driven market where success depends on consistent product quality, tight cost control, and smooth day-to-day store operations. With an ambitious expansion roadmap ahead, Cube Coffee recognized early that scaling a retail network requires more than great coffee — it requires a solid operational backbone capable of supporting new locations without multiplying complexity for central management. Building the right systems infrastructure at this stage of growth was a strategic priority, not just an operational one.



Athentis was engaged at a pivotal moment: with 4 stores already running and more locations planned, Cube Coffee needed a platform that could support each store's independent day-to-day operations — procurement, inventory, and fresh food preparation — while giving management a single, consolidated view of performance across the network. Prior to Odoo, operational data was fragmented and difficult to consolidate, making it hard to track inventory movements accurately, monitor store-level profitability in real time, or make informed decisions on product demand and purchasing across locations. As the network grows, these gaps would only compound — making a scalable, unified solution an urgent necessity rather than a nice-to-have.



Athentis began with a detailed analysis phase to document the operational flows of each store and the central production facility, designing an Odoo architecture built to scale as new locations are added. Odoo Inventory was configured for multi-location stock management, giving each store autonomy over its own inventory while maintaining group-level visibility. Odoo Purchase was set up to support decentralized procurement per store, with centralized oversight for management. Fresh food preparation flows were configured at store level, enabling traceability of ingredients and kitchen-prepared items. Odoo was integrated to connect daily sales data directly to inventory and cost reporting, and management dashboards were built to track sales, product costs, and profitability both per store and at group level. The solution was deliberately architected so that onboarding a new store requires minimal configuration effort — making expansion operationally straightforward.



With Odoo in place, Cube Coffee now operates its retail store network on a single, unified platform that gives each location the tools to run independently while providing management with real-time consolidated visibility across the group. Inventory tracking became accurate and consistent, reducing waste and improving purchasing decisions.
