Thank you very much for your update.  I have already tried these points  which you have mentioned.  let me explain.  

1.  python-pypdf module is no more available and it is not available in git repo's as well. 

2.  I have tried installing odoo 10 from all possible methods.  Even if the installation is success,  application get 500 error with error related to  python-pypdf package missing.  

3.  The package python-pypdf is no more available anywhere in the internet. 

4.  I have installed odoo 12 and tried to restore  the backup directly,  It didn't help as restore was stuck with error.  

Can you please share odoo 10.0  to odoo 12 migration documentation?  Is there an opensource tool for the same?
