I have a Synology DS218+. I installed docker, downloaded and launched odoo 11 and postgresql 9.6 images. However, I can't connect to odoo with http://localhost:8069. Do I need to do something else? If yes, please instruct me. Thanks a lot.

What is the error message ?
Try to set db_host = <docker_container_id_postgres> in your odoo.conf file.
That works for me.
