Which Old password need to use in preferences to change password? Account password not suitable.

Actually it is the actual password. Try logging out from the application and logging in again. Maybe you will not be able to get into the application. This occurs when there is an error in a module that can not be loaded. You can check that by looking at the log file. Just restart the openerp-server with the --debug option to have debug information on which module is causing the problem
