Client wanted to give the website visitor the option to attach as many files as s/he wanted on the form. He did not want to attach multiple "Attachment" fields.

Solution: The form parameter dictates what type of attachment field you can add. There are two types of fields, "main attachment" and "attachments" which enable user to upload one/multiple file respectively.
Figure 1. If Form Parameter set to "Create a Lead", can only add Main Attachment field
Figure 2. If Form Parameter is set to Send an E-mail....
Figure 3. ...Then you are able to add Attachments field
