De Odoo software was door Odoo gedemonstreerd en zag er goed uit, hoewel de demo omgeving nog wel vragen opriep. Na een positief referentie gesprek met een administratiekantoor, adviseerde dit kantoor om met dooIT te bellen. Samen met de accountmanager van dooIT zijn alle administratieve, boekhoudkundige vragen over Odoo in detail beantwoord door via Anydesk mee te kijken. Gevolg; Optimaal Administraties stapte over van Cash naar Odoo.De eerste stappen zijn gemaakt door een aantal clientadministraties over te zetten zodat ervaring wordt opgedaan om een goed passend model database op te zetten. Op basis van die model database worden alle andere administraties op Odoo gezet.
