Al-Masry Company was established as a maintenance center for industrial equipment in 1991 AD, in 1992 the company started to open the first shop for the sale of industrial equipment.Continuing its work and giving, the company started importing industrial equipment from abroad in 1995, and it was considered one of the leading companies in Palestine in the field of industrial equipment at that time.

Technostream previously known as the Engineering projects and supplies (EPS) division of JUMA Al Majid Est. was founded in 1977. In 2004 Technostream FZCO was established in Dubai airport free zone as a spin-off the EPS division and took over some of its business units.Technostream main operations office is located in Dubai Airport Free Zone and therefore has a strategic location which offers access to developing markets of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and other regional countries.
Technostream after its success in Dubai started to extend its presence in the region. In 2004 Technostream opened an office in Abu Dhabi to address the progressive growth in the capital city. The success story continues with new branch in Riyadh KSA that was established in 2012.
