SF Doors wanted to streamline their quotation to installation process by bringing together sales, manufacturing, delivery, installation and accounting into an approved flow. With a mix of own workers and sub-contractors, it was imperative to keep track of the various stages and responsibilities. Inventory was not accounted for on an ongoing basis making ordering a guesswork.
eMerge stepped in to understand the flow and design an Odoo implementation to streamline the various processes and offer a solution to the challenges faced. Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, Field Services, Sales, Purchase were implemented to achieve the required outcome.
SF Doors has drastically improved their quotation, sales and deposit process by digitising the whole process. Inventory is being tracked on a daily basis with real time valuation and re- ordering rules.
