O desafio do cliente era o controlo de leads, automação do processo de orçamentação e controlo efetivo de custos e proveitos de projetos.
Foi desenvolvido o mecanismo na orçamentação que permite uma automação na elaboração de propostas para clientes e redesenhado todo o fluxo documental de compras e vendas.
Resultado: Redução efetiva nos custos associados à elaboração de uma proposta sendo reduzido drasticamente o tempo para a realização de uma proposta. O novo fluxo documental permitiu um maior controlo da rentabilidade dos projetos.

A company specializing in energy and technology transition, with focus on photovoltaic solar panel installation, HVAC systems, installation of electric vehicle charging station and smart home solutions.
The client's challenge was lead management, automation of the budgeting process, and effective control of construction costs and revenue.
A budgeting mechanism was developed to automate the preparation of proposals for clients, and the entire purchasing and sales document flow was redesigned.
Result: Effective reduction in the costs associated with preparing a proposal, drastically reducing the time to complete a proposal. The new document flow allowed for greater control over project profitability.
