The Community database functionality relied heavily on customisation, Smart IT performed a full review of these customisations to fully understand and be in a position to upgrade them. Part of the migration from Community to Enterprise allowed Communicourt to take advantage of new apps and features that they previously had not used. Smart IT helped them streamline their business processes through the use of previously unused applications and additional customisation. As part of the upgrade Smart IT fixed a number of bugs that had been unaddressed by the legacy partner, this returned functionality that they had previously lost.
