Beltuna is a specialized butcher and meat processing company managing the full value chain from carcass reception and structured cutting to retail sales of fresh meat products. In addition to its retail activities, the company also develops a B2B business, supplying meat products to professional clients (like supermarkets but also horeca). Operating in a sector where traceability, expiration date control, pricing accuracy, and strict financial follow-up are essential, Beltuna requires tight alignment between operational workflows and accounting. The complexity of managing cutting processes while ensuring stock accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistent service to both retail and wholesale customers makes a centralized and reliable system indispensable.

The main challenge was to unify retail operations, inventory management, and accounting into one integrated environment. Beltuna needed structured management of carcass cutting processes with full stock traceability, real-time synchronization between Point of Sale transactions and financial reporting, and seamless integration of operational hardware such as electronic scales, barcode scanners, and a CashDro automated cash management machine. The objective was to eliminate fragmented systems and manual reconciliations while gaining clear and accurate financial visibility.

We delivered a fully integrated Odoo.sh environment tailored to Beltuna’s operational reality. The implementation included Point of Sale, Invoicing, Inventory Management with expiration date and lot tracking, and full Accounting integration. In addition, we configured and connected all operational hardware to ensure smooth day-to-day execution. A key component of the project was the structured configuration of carcass cutting workflows, allowing operational processes to be directly linked to stock movements and financial postings in real time.

As a result, Beltuna now operates within a unified, scalable, and reliable digital ecosystem. From retail transactions to back-office accounting, all processes are synchronized in real time, improving operational efficiency, enhancing traceability, and providing clear financial oversight across the entire business.
