The Marketing Event Coordinator will plan, organize, and promote Odoo’s events and Business shows across Indonesia. This includes collaborating with teams, managing event promotions, creating content, and ensuring successful event execution to increase brand awareness, attendance, and lead generation.

Lead influencer projects and media activations, driving results and collaborating globally. Strong negotiation skills, creativity, and industry experience are essential.

Your role within the organisation will be mainly working with the Accounting and Sales teams to facilitate the invoicing and accounts payable administrative process. Your daily tasks are performed from our office in Biomedical Campus, BSD, Tangerang. This role involves admin and processing documents.
