Is there any efficient and easy way to add the sequence number field on sale order line ?

I Reply to myself Edit sale.order.form replace <field name="sequence" widget="handle"/> by <field name="sequence"/>
The sequence number (line number) is now on the form view.
I wonder why this sequence number is the same for all lines (10).... The best wld be to have a growing sequence numbering when we add lines to orders to be sure to keep the order when we print.
