I have set 30 days for annual days per department when a user makes a request for 10 days out of the 30 days odoo only counts working days and does not take weekends into account, I would like to set the calendar so that odoo takes take into account the weekends among the holidays.

Hi,
It is not reflected in leave because weekends are not included in the employee's working hours.
Add weekends to working time to include them in leave requests.
Activate developer,
Settings > Technical > Resources > Working Time.
