I have created the email template given and every thing 
will i am clicking on the send button, get the following error

'check_list' object has no attribute 'message_post'

here check_list is my current screen object

Use email_template module. Check feature added. In OpenERP 6.1, you can go to Settings > Email > Templates. You can create new email template from there. Then you can add existing or upload new attachment to the template by go to Advanced tab (check the Attachments section).
