connect to external URL

Question

I purchased a URL from an external source (Ionos). Could you advise how I can connect my website I built on Odoo onto the external URL please?

Hi Dora,
You can basically go to your databases, then click on the wheel and then on Domain Names and you should be able to configure your url.

Hello, thank you for your quick reply. I tried your suggestion and it says the " No CNAME record for www.kangenwaterglobal.co.uk was found. This domain name is not registered yet?" Do you know what the problem is? It is an existing URL I already paid for.
