I have created a HelpDesk Team for testing. How do I add other Team Members or assign tickets? I am the only one one in the system and would like to add other staff. Do we need to send out invites? Please advise.

This is just my opinion, Perhaps the followers referred in the HelpDesk team are meant to input the team members
You can add member in a Follower's Field
correct me if Iam wrong
