Our Solution:
Our development team leveraged Odoo’s flexibility to build a bespoke UoM calculation engine. This allowed IBSA to accurately track and bill for formwork panels based on specific dimensions and rental periods. We integrated this custom logic across the Rental, Sales, Purchase, and Manufacturing modules. Today, IBSA manages both their manufacturing plant and their rental fleet within a single, integrated platform that caters specifically to the nuances of the construction industry.
As a diversified conglomerate managing three distinct business entities—OV8T, GBNCONCEPTS, and AFRO GLOBAL MANUFACTURING—the client struggled with fragmented data and the complexity of overseeing different business models. Quicken Accounting developed a custom Shopify and Amazon connector specifically designed to capture complex metadata and upsell items. By fine-tuning the integration, we ensured that every custom attribute chosen by the customer on the storefront was reflected accurately in Odoo’s Inventory and Sales modules.
