Para resolver estos retos, con el acompañamiento de INGEINT C.A. se implementó un ecosistema ERP completamente integrado con Odoo, diseñado para centralizar y optimizar toda la operación en una sola plataforma. La implementación abarcó desde un CRM estructurado para gestionar leads, oportunidades y pipeline comercial, hasta la automatización del ciclo de ventas, incluyendo cotizaciones, contratos y facturación. Asimismo, se incorporó la gestión de proyectos para administrar campañas publicitarias, branding y entregables, permitiendo controlar tiempos, tareas, responsables y avances en tiempo real. A nivel estratégico, se integraron herramientas de marketing para planificar y medir campañas, mientras que la contabilidad en tiempo real permitió obtener una visión clara de ingresos, costos y rentabilidad por cliente. Adicionalmente, se automatizaron flujos de trabajo y procesos internos, reduciendo significativamente las tareas manuales y los errores operativos.
