Analysis - Starting with our first contact with the customer we will focus on understanding the customer needs, pain points, objectives, timescale, budget, and required skillset. Based on these findings we will craft a plan that fits the needs of our customer.

Customization - Within our capabilities (using Odoo Studio), we are dedicated to tailoring the Odoo solution to not only meet the current operational needs but also strategically position our customers business for future success and growth.

Data Migration - We will provide assistance with importing data during the installation and configuration phase

Hosting - Whether our customers prefer cloud hosting or local hosting, we are committed to working closely with our customers to identify the best solution that aligns with their business needs.

Integration - During the implementation we will explore integration possibilities to to optimize operations, improve collaboration between departments, and achieve greater efficiency across the organization.

Implementation - During the implementation we will be installing and configuring the Odoo modules. The Odoo system will be up and running. Our team will be focusing on the following modules Accounting, Invoicing, Customer Relationship Management, Sales, Point of Sale, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Human Resources, Website, Events, Survey, Project, and Timesheet.

Training - MedIT's Practical Odoo user training courses are designed to empower individuals with the practical skills and knowledge needed to leverage the capabilities of the Odoo ERP system effectively. Whether the students are new to Odoo or seeking to deepen their understanding of specific modules like Sales, CRM, Inventory, or Accounting, these courses provide structured learning experiences to support their proficiency and productivity within the platform.
