I understand its been asked before, but we are new to Odoo and we need to create a label size that we can print on. I have 2X3" labels and I need to make a custom label size for everything to print on. Can someone PLEASE assist us.

The product label editing and designing is so complicated in Odoo. You need to know the QWeb and how to create reports with different paper formats.
As an alternative variant, if you are ready to consider using the paid solutions, the Odoo Product Label Builder can solve your request. It allows designing your own product barcode labels via UI and printing them in the convenient way.
