Gestart is in versie 16 met een app van derden om de koers in de regel te kunnen aanpassen, anno versie 19 is dat niet meer nodig (standaard). De ervaringen in gebruik van Odoo zijn zo positief dat ook de Nederlandse holding met zusterbedrijven naar Odoo zijn overgestapt (vanuit AccountView). Via een API koppeling wordt gekoppeld met Scope.

De familiale kennis en skills in de kraanwereld dateren reeds van 1953 toen de vorige generatie Goeyvaerts zich toespitste op het lossen van lichters in de binnenwateren, transport en de handel in grond en bouwstoffen.
Rond het jaar 2000 kwam de vraag om ook kraanwerk te verrichten in de haven van Antwerpen. De nood aan steeds grotere kranen voor handling van steeds grotere schepen drong zich op en maakte dat in het jaar 2006 met de oprichting van Goeyvaerts-R vol gekozen werd om het haven kraanwerk uit te bouwen. Momenteel mogen wij met trots stellen dat Goeyvaerts-R kraanverhuur een gevestigde waarde is in de haven van Antwerpen en ver daar buiten.
