If you want to post an internal stock move, please read the documentation: https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/11.0/inventory/routes/concepts/inter_warehouse.html#create-an-internal-transfer, if you want to do anything else, please be more specific.

Amendment:

It depends on your organizational setup. If you have 1 company and 1 operating unit (see the corresponding OCA modules) and different warehouses, the only way is to do internal transfers. If you have different companies, you could do intercompany orders.
