I configured my Odoo Mass Mailing module correctly and everything works fine exept the statistic of bounced emails. I know for sure some emails are bouncing but they all appear as delivered. Clicks, sent emails and opened emails are working fine.
Can anyone please help me.
I managed to solve this problem. Just configured the 'bounce' system parameter to an email with the same name.
Example:
I created an email bounce-register@mydomain.com. Also remember to configure the alias domain in your general settings to 'mydomain.com'
After configuring your email to register bounces you need to configure an incomming mail server for this email (I configured it as an IMAP so I think that should do altough you can also configure it as a POP). That would be it.

hi, can you explain a in a bit more detail how you did it? Where did you create the email? I configured the outgoing and incoming mail server, set the alias to the my domain and created the mail.catchall.alias and mail.bounce.alias aliases (catchall, bounce). But sending mails to made up non existing email addresses doesn't return bounced mails but it shows like it successfully delivered the mails to all the senders.

Sure, I created an email with my domain. I think it has to be configured with the same domain name as your odoo. That was a problem I had a hard time figuring it out since I assigned an email with another domain and it didn´t work. Can you elaborate a bit more on how you configured everything so I can help you out?

Hi, not an answer just a question about your solution...I'm trying to follow your guidelines but still unsuccessful. I've configured the following values:
mail.bounce.alias = monitor
mail.catchall.domain = mydomain.com
Then I created an Incoming Mail Server, with the account: monitor@mydomain.com.
So when I reply a mass mailing email, I get the following error: ValueError: No possible route found for incoming message from Cesar <cesar@mydomain.com> to Administrator <monitor@mydomain.com> (Message-Id <8762eb84-8da7-1c66-798b-9171db8fbcf9@mydomain.com>:). Create an appropriate mail.alias or force the destination model.
And when I get a bounce I get this another error: Routing mail with Message-Id <20190106035954.44910E0153@smtp.relay.mydomain.com>: not routing bounce email from MAILER-DAEMON (Mail Delivery System) to monitor@mydomain.com
Hope you kindle provide me an advice about my config?
