As the users on SaaS are to be paid, how could you delete a user if she/he has already done a lot of things, but e.g. leaves the company.

In that case you won't be able do delete him/her anymore, but you can deactivate the user. (that way you will not need to pay for it also in SaaS) When things are linked in an ERP it is better to deactivate sometimes than to delete. That way you will still know what e.g. the user did in your system.
