We implemented a tailored Odoo ERP system to unify their manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and POS operations using existing hardware. The solution introduced a dashboard-driven POS system for transparent outlet sales tracking, structured inventory locations for raw materials and finished goods, and real-time production monitoring with quality control checkpoints. Inventory alerts and demand-based planning were also integrated to ensure uninterrupted production and reduce waste. This transformation improved sales transparency, reduced owner dependency by 90%, eliminated inventory leakage, and enabled faster, data-driven decision-making across all operations.
