A coffee factory (processing mill) is an industrial facility that transforms harvested coffee cherries into finished, ready-to-brew coffee beans. The exact processing steps depend on the final product for example, green (unroasted) beans, roasted coffee, or instant coffee powder and typically include cleaning, pulping, fermenting, washing, drying, hulling, sorting, and grading. We implemented Odoo to streamline operations, increase traceability across the supply chain, and ensure consistent, high-quality production.
