Zapier to Odoo Connection

Question

Hi, I have problems connecting my Zapier to the Odoo CRM.
I get the error message: 'authentication failed: Console logs:'
We are using Odoo 13.

Is anyone using Zapier with Odoo 13? I'm wondering if it should work.

Thank you Chris. The problem is, that I'm not able to connect with Odoo through the zapier login mask. I would be happy if I can test at least different zaps 😉

Hi. I've used Zapier with Odoo 12-15.
There's no reason it shouldn't still work ok in V13.
Have you tried creating a new Zap and testing different areas of Odoo?
If you're struggling to get Zapier to work, Make.com (Formerly Integromat) also works with Odoo in a similar fashion and is very capable.
