What's the right mechanism to create purchase order from service sales order automatically ??

By having zero stock strategy or product in reserved stock not used for sale and with product procurement routes using purchases you could get this behavior. That way you sell products that you don't have in your warehouse and due to the procurement method/route to get the product is by purchase(not manufacturing).
