The XML Report Layout from Hell

So as I'm new to Odoo, I thought that using the "Odoo Studio" option for adjusting our reports would be the way to go.  Its touted for the less programmer saavy normies like myself.  But lets face it, it creates more problems than it solves. (in My case anyway).

EVERY CUSTOMIZATION COMES WITH A HUGE PRICE!!! 

So basically any and every time we make the smallest change to the form.  That change is instantly cataloged and recorded into the XML hall of shame.

Let me give you an example.....

I made a simple change(via Studio). Didn't like it. Removed it and put it in again. Well that change nonetheless got tracked, stamped, remembered...for ever and ever. Now its doubled: 

UK is in there twice

Naturally, these Customization trackings get heftier and heftier.  There is just now way to go in and scan through the code Every fricking time we make a change. 

I think it is leading to a lot of conflicts and what-not.  I dunno what to do about it.  

Ok so I will drop all 928 lines of XML in here so you can help me dissect what the hell is going on.

It makes the Report unusable and just plain ole Nasty.

Worse thing about it, is it doesn't TRANSLATE. Why simply cannot use these reports with customizations because they DO NOT translate.  

Mind you....

These are all odoo friendly form fields. 

Taken none other than from the field block and what not here. 

But it simply does not translate!! 

Here is how it translates for a Customer in Gemrmany:
