In what model does the POS unpaid orders stored/saved?

Not getting what you mean, currently POS order entry only if you paid either in form of cash,credit card,.... Are you taking about offline mode ??

I am not talking about offline mode sir,

It happens that POS order entry are saved or stored in pos.order model if it is only paid in form of cash. I want to know if the POS order is not yet paid, where it would be the order stored? In what model?
