I'm trying to setup email templates to send emails for certain actions but I'm facing issues with email queues. In the beginning it used to take 1 hour to send emails and I realized its from the scheduled actins "Email Queue Manager" being set to 1 hour.

So now I set it to 1 minute. However, emails are not being sent every 1 minute. They are very inconsistent. They take from 5-10 minutes. And it's not related to the email server because I tried both odoo's outgoing mail server AND my own through google workspace. Sending the emails manually by opening the queue and clicking "Send Now" actually sends it instantly. So the whole issue is coming from the queue.

How do I resolve this ? I want emails to be sent as fast as possible. If I will be limited to 1 minute due to how odoo is programmed, fine. But I can't even do that currently.

Note: I'm using Odoo Online
