When I want to make a change to the Accounting App via the Settings Menu, I see this when clicking SAVE:

Search for "Customer Account" in the Settings Search:
Once you check a single option, the other two will match and you can click SAVE.
If you do this, and discover your changes are not actually saved, please check that there is at least one website created in Website Settings.
