yes!same error.odoo service not active.ubuntu 20.04 default python 3.8 but odoo 17 required python 3.10.

I've also used the one recommended above and it works. https://www.cybrosys.com/blog/how-to-install-odoo-17-on-ubuntu-20-04-lts-serverAl The only difference is the Ubuntu version, but it should work the same. If I were able to see screenshots of your error messages I would be able to assist further.

I have tried it but still shows me a failed Odoo service error when I try to start the service using this command Sudo systemctl start odoo17.service.

I would like to attach a screenshot of the error, but this feature isn't enabled.

any help please?
