In Odoo Website, when I upload an image to a block, I select the highest quality. But after uploading, Odoo ruins the lighting and shadows of the image, reduces the quality - it looks like a cartoon. How can I fix this?

When you upload an image to any block, keep the image format set to Original Size, so the quality won’t be reduced. You can also control the image quality as needed.
