I have a journals list to make payments, but the users MUST visualize only one option of this journal list. How can I do that? Thanks. It's for Odoo version 12 community

Easiest way is to manually select the conditions you want in the filter and save it using "Favorites". You can select the "Share it with all users" and "Use by default" if you want to make it the default filter for all users.
