The trial balance (which is an accounting report) outputs the results of the accounting entries posted thru the various journals.

Thus post your initial entries onto a journal (you may create a specific one or just use the Miscellaneous jal) making sure that the sum of debit entries equals the sum of the credit ones.

Then print a trial balance
