I'm a new user and wanted to create a post, had it all written out and included a link only to find out through an "403 Forbidden" error page that I needed 20 Karma points to be allowed to have a link in my post. I then had to rewrite my whole post as going back to the previous page the text editor was completely empty again.

Therefore it should be indicated that you are not allowed to include links before posting, and not after.
