Hello,
In V16 you can find this option by following:
1. open website -> shop page -> click on "EDIT" => it will open edit view
2. click on "Customize" -> scroll down to "attributes"

Note: if you choose "left" it will display attributes on the left side of shop page
if you choose "Top" it wiil display attributes on the top of products in shop page
if you unclick the two options, it will hide attributes from the shop page
