I have created my own module with a single report, which is our own quotation template, which works as expected, however when in a quote, and I add the header and footers, then go to the "cog" and print, the header and footers aren't on the quote.  Also if I click on Send by Email, the header and footer are there, but the quote is an Odoo templated one, how can I inject my own in there.  and on a standard print how do I get the header & footer from the quote builder to apply?
