As a diversified conglomerate managing three distinct business entities—OV8T, GBNCONCEPTS, and AFRO GLOBAL MANUFACTURING—the client struggled with fragmented data and the complexity of overseeing different business models. They needed a unified system capable of handling service-based operations, billboard rentals, and large-scale manufacturing under one roof.

We implemented a robust Multi-Company environment in Odoo, allowing the management team to toggle between entities with a single click. We mapped out their diverse workflows—from IT support services and digital marketing to the complexities of the manufacturing floor. By providing comprehensive team training and a tailored configuration of the Sales, Manufacturing (MRP), and Service modules, we empowered the client to gain total oversight of their group operations in real-time.
