We have taken up an ambitious program of modernizing the plant, a few of them listed below,

a) We replaced lead condensers with graphite condensers.

b) We automated the crystallization process by installing crystallizers.

c) Bag lifting centrifuges introduced in place of normal centrifuges.

d) Scrubbing system modernized to get better yield and avoid pollution.

e) Insulation of equipment like reactor crystallizers, condensers, and pipelines done to ensure heat loss during all seasons which enabled to implementation of perfect process control equipment and methods to get consistent quality product.
