Reto: Realizar una migración crítica desde Odoo 14 Community a Odoo 18 Enterprise. El desafío no era solo técnico, sino funcional: modernizar la herramienta preservando años de lógica de negocio, módulos personalizados de terceros para taller y la integración con módulos de la OCA, asegurando la continuidad operativa entre sus sedes.
Solución: Smalldev ejecutó una actualización integral que incluyó la revisión técnica de toda la instalación previa, la adaptación de los procesos de taller a la versión 18 y la evolución de los desarrollos a medida. Se optimizó la gestión documental y se consolidó el sistema sobre una infraestructura Enterprise, ganando en velocidad y estabilidad.
Resultado: La compañía ha transformado una instalación antigua en una plataforma ágil, homogénea y preparada para escalar. Al migrar a Enterprise, han ganado funcionalidades nativas avanzadas mientras protegían su inversión histórica en personalizaciones, logrando una operativa mucho más fluida y fiable en sus tres centros de Córdoba.
