FELICITER FZCO, the master franchisee for the Belgian chocolatier Pierre Marcolini in the Middle East, has partnered with ClusterKnot to implement a comprehensive Odoo ERP system.
This strategic move aims to streamline operations and support the company's regional expansion.
The new Odoo system will manage two key legal entities:
- Feliciter FZE: The exclusive importer and distributor of Pierre Marcolini products across the GCC. The system will handle sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, and HR.
- Pierre Marcolini Middle East: The company that manages retail and coffee shop operations in the UAE, including the flagship store in The Dubai Mall and the location in the Mall of the Emirates. This entity's Odoo implementation includes Point of Sale (POS), sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, accounting, and HR modules.
Using Odoo was a logical step for Maison Pierre Marcolini LLC, especially since their parent company in Belgium already uses the system successfully. This choice provides a consistent and efficient platform to manage the company's growing operations in the Middle East, including future expansions into Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
