Project Overview
Technova partnered with Al Hadath Veterinary Medicine to implement a centralized Odoo v19 ERP system, designed to streamline multi-branch operations and enhance traceability across the supply chain. The implementation covers Sales, Purchase, Inventory, POS, and Accounting modules, fully integrated to provide end-to-end visibility and operational efficiency.
The solution introduced multi-location warehouse control with batch and expiry tracking, ensuring each product’s lifecycle — from supplier receipt to retail sale — is traceable and compliant with UAE veterinary regulations. The POS system was configured for all retail outlets, providing real-time sales synchronization with central inventory and automated stock deductions.
Additionally, the accounting module was fully aligned with Odoo v19’s enhanced automation features, allowing Al Hadath to manage cost of goods sold, supplier invoices, and financial reporting seamlessly. Custom dashboards now give management complete oversight of stock levels, near-expiry items, and sales performance per branch — enabling proactive decision-making and improved profitability.
