We are using the manufacturing app to build PCs.

Our work flow is to pick the components needed based on the BoM, register the serial or lot number and then assembly them together.

Those operations are done at the same work center.

The problem is, if we configure the operations in that order : components registration and then assembly, Odoo only allows us to register consumption during the last operation.

Which is awkward for the operator since it does not reflect what he does in real life.

Do you have any idea on how we could optimise this flow ?

We tried to use steps in the operations, work with different work centers but it did not help either.
