Odoo is available for LIFO costing method but I'm not quite sure to understand when and how it applies in bussiness? Because in our country, we just normally use the FIFO or Average method for costing.

It is the case if we're using the removal method as "LIFO" and the costing method should be "LIFO" as well to tracking the cost realtime for each shipment.
