Hi, I am newbie using Odoo 8 on Windows 8.1. Somehow i am manage to add field in existing module hr. employee and its working fine. But when I am installing same module in new database, error occurred, "pan card field does not exist".  I also want to know how to add path for custom module in congif file. Default is "addons_path = C:\Program Files (x86)\Odoo 8.0-20150504\server\openerp\addons ?
