Hello All,
Anyone has idea how we can fixed the columns header in tree view, while user scrolling the records should not disappear from the screen.
I am looking for the solution in odoo 9
Any help appreciated.

There is a module available for version 8.0 for this purpose, maybe you can try to port it to 9.0 : https://apps.openerp.com/apps/modules/8.0/web_list_view_sticky/
